Maupin Homes has been building in the Treasure Valley since 1983 and owners Fred and Sherry Maupin are natives of the valley. Fred has past experience in the construction industry owning companies that built commercial buildings and rough framing homes. Fred spent time learning the building industry from the inside out before becoming a General Contractor. His experience can work for you in his knowlege about how a home should be put together to insure the highest quality standards. Sherry is a real estate professional with a background in banking and finance. Her talent supports the company with strong marketing skills and the ability to work with clients in obtaining the best possible financing for their home loan. Fred and Sherry have 2 sons, Jacob and Ben which lend support to the Maupin Homes team. Jacob is currently serving his country in the military and Benjamin is completing his high school career.
