The Maupin Homes family team
Fred and Sherry Maupin are most proud of their largest accomplishment. Two sons Jacob and Benjamin. Jacob is currently serving his country through military service and Benjamin is completing his high school career.
Fred has been active in the construction industry since the 1970's when he was a partner in Maupin and Sons. After leaving the family business he began a commercial framing company and traveled Idaho building schools and large commercial buildings. After starting a family of his own he started a residential framing company and settled into parenting. Fred built Boise Framing Contractors into a premier framing company in the Boise Valley. In 1998 he chose to give up the stresses of running a labor intensive company and started homebuilding full-time. Fred has been homebuilding on a part time basis since 1983 and has built over 500 homes during this time.
Sherry began selling real estate in 1999 to help support the sales and marketing aspects of Maupin Homes. Sherry left the banking industry after 15 years specalizing in customer service and sales. Sherry is very active in the Middleton community serving as a school board trustee and as a Canyon County Planning and Zoning Commission. Fred and Sherry invite you to be a partner in the successful completion of your "Home of Distinction".
